Product description:
1. The screening surface is mesh held down by clamp bands bolted around the drum, so the openings run uniform around the barrel and the mesh is kept taut between the bands instead of working loose.
2. A bolted cover on the side of the frame gives at the drive, so the motor and its connections can be reached without stripping the drum out of the frame.
3. Because the drum turns the material over as it screens, damp and sticky ground keeps moving across the mesh instead of laying over the openings and blinding them.
4. Carried on the linkage of a thirty tonne class machine, the bucket is sized for production screening, where the volume going through the drum suits larger earthworks and contract work.
5. The pin bosses at the head are tied into the frame, and the hoses are coil wrapped over the top with a loop left at the moving end, so the lines stay clear as the machine articulates.
