Product description:
1. The drum turns inside an open frame and is covered with mesh screen, so fines pass through the mesh while oversize is carried round and shed clear of the screen instead of sitting on it and blinding it.
2. Teeth along the leading edge break the material out ahead of the drum, and their points are renewable, so the digging end is refreshed as a small part rather than by fitting new shanks.
3. The frame is open around the drum rather than closed in by a housing, so the mesh can be seen, hosed and checked from outside and material that will not pass leaves the drum instead of being held against it.
4. Carried on the linkage of a twenty tonne class machine, the bucket is sized for bulk screening, where a smaller carrier would spend the shift working through a single stockpile.
5. The head pins to a twenty tonne class linkage and the drum runs off one auxiliary circuit, so the bucket is connected to the machine without extra plumbing.
